NORTH LONDON AND SURROUNDING AREAS
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to the air traffic control operation at The Airport.
- Document control and production in line with The Airport.
- Support the investigation of incidents, including 'logtaking' during an incident. Where necessary conduct major investigations and liaise with other agencies who may be involved. (following completion of appropriate training).
- Support the development and review the departmental implementation of the company Safety Management System and Quality Management System. In addition, ensure that the implementation of Air Traffic Control procedures is compliant with the company policies.
- Communicate with The Client's stakeholders including but not limited to the CAA, our customers, Airlines, community representatives and internal stakeholders.
- To ensure ATS Risk and Impact Assessments are properly conducted, maintained and mitigations completed in a timely fashion.
- Ownership of Airspace Change Proposals; completing submissions for MATC review on 3rd party submissions and interactions with stakeholders.
- ATS regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Ownership of new ATS technology introduction.
- Maintenance and follow through of the Risk Control Action Tracker.
- Ownership and updates of ATS operational documents/information.
- Ensuring letters of agreement maintained.
- Preparation for CAA audits and ANSP certification renewals.
- Compilation and dissemination Operational Memos, Supplementary/Temporary Operating Instructions.
- Maintenance of ATS filing structure.
- Assessment of airfield work permits against expected ATS operational delivery.
- To fully contribute to achieving the ATS annual departmental objectives.
- To act as Deputy in absence of MATS.
Tasks:
- Design and production of ATC procedures and processes required to support the operation. This includes organising and facilitating hazard analysis and impact assessments of changes.
- Represent Air Traffic Control department at meetings and decisionmaking committees.
- Monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and local Health and Safety legislation.
- Coordinate the implementation of agreed procedures and projects.
- Attend and present at senior leadership meetings and relevant adhoc internal meetings as requested.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Manager.

Salary:
£80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year

Experience:
- ATS Risk and
Airspace Change Proposal: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
