The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to be part of an expanding team with a well-established business, who are a market leader in their industry.

Scope of role

  • Identify correct parts requirement using the online system.
  • Ensure orders are completed for both customers and the service department.
  • Existing customer interaction, both face to face and via the telephone.
  • Flexible with working hours when seasonal workload dictates.
  • Take delivery of parts and ensure all paperwork is logged.
The Parts Advisor

  • Retail parts experience.
  • Technical knowledge of machinery / plant parts
  • Experienced managing an existing customer base.
  • Comfortable carrying out both admin and light physical duties.
