Overview

2fawcett have an exciting opportunity for a Production Control Assistant to join our client in Leicester on a permanent basis.

As the Production Control Assistant, you will assist in overseeing and ensure the smooth running of the Production department, ensuring all orders flow through the relevant sections of production.

Role & Responsibilities of the Production Control Assistant

Check and generate cut plans with all complex works orders
Ensure all works orders are booked out
Log information which indicates Production's current capacity's
Log all information regarding sectional performance and KPI measures
Work closely with the sectional team leaders, supervisors and managers
Distribute all works orders to the relevant production departments by a specific time frame
Work closely with the Production Stock Controller to optimise the use of offcuts on a daily basis

Requirements of the Supply Chain Analyst

Must have experience of working within a fastpaced production environment
Good attention to detail and strive for 100% accuracy
Demonstrate a positive & professional attitude to all colleagues, customers and suppliers
Excellent communication and IT skills
