- Are you looking for a stable role where you can gain exposure to Employee Relations in a fast paced role? My client is looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join their Manchester site to support a culture transition. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant or Junior HR Advisor looking to develop their skills.
What will you be doing...
- Managing Employee Relations by supporting managers across multiple sites offering your advice to guide them through changing processes and champion the company values
- Utilising your administration skills to maintain and update all employee records
- Handling inductions of new staff across a variety of roles, ensuring all new starters have all the resources they need from day one
- Handling payroll for staff and using your keen attention to detail to ensure all changes are processed as accurately as possible
- Have a presence on site to ensure staff know who to approach for any support or HR enquiries
- Supporting the HR Manager and HR Business Partner with day to day running of the HR function, acting as a main POC for staff to refer to
- Have at least 2 years experience in a HR role, administration experience is essential
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable
- Have exposure to Employee Relations procedures, ideally you have a basic understanding of ER and want to be more involved to develop your skill set
- Strong people skills as you will be encouraged to meet and form relationships with various staff and managers for this role
- A passion for working with people and a desire to continually develop yourself and your knowledge
