What will you be doing...
- You will be the face of HR for the company, supported by a HR Administrator and the Finance Director, using your people skills to build great working relationships with staff across the business
- Using your intricate knowledge of employment law and practice to ensure all policies are compliant with industry standards
- Arranging training and onboarding to ensure all new starters have the best welcome into the company
- Coaching management staff on employee relation practice and building their confidence with employee engagement to boost staff satisfaction across the business
- Have at least 3 years experience in a HR role, advisory experience is highly desirable
- A CIPD qualification is ideal but relevant experience will be considered
- Experience in the finance sector is desirable
- Are an effective communicator with a knack for building rapport with staff at all levels
