What will you be doing...

You will be the face of HR for the company, supported by a HR Administrator and the Finance Director, using your people skills to build great working relationships with staff across the business
Using your intricate knowledge of employment law and practice to ensure all policies are compliant with industry standards
Arranging training and onboarding to ensure all new starters have the best welcome into the company
Coaching management staff on employee relation practice and building their confidence with employee engagement to boost staff satisfaction across the business
Have at least 3 years experience in a HR role, advisory experience is highly desirable
A CIPD qualification is ideal but relevant experience will be considered
Experience in the finance sector is desirable
Are an effective communicator with a knack for building rapport with staff at all levels
