The Role

Nigel Wright are supporting a reputable business in Northumberland who are looking for some immediate support from an experienced Management Accountant/Finance Manager.

As a senior member of the Finance Team, you'll be responsible for
management accounts process,
general ledger activities,
inventorycontrol and reconciliation processes plus overseeing
salespromotion accruals


Other duties could include:

  • Oversight and performance of key control account reconciliations
  • Ownership of the inventory control and reconciliation process across the business for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Ownership of revenue to fulfilment reconciliation and control
  • Review and manage standard costing mechanisms across the business

Contract Details:


  • 3 month contract initially, possible for further extension.
  • Competitive hourly rate.


  • Office hours

  • Monday to Friday effectively 95 (flex on starts and finish times).
  • Immediate start available, or short notice considered.
  • The role will be predominantly office based, although there will be opportunity to work from home one day per week.

About You:


  • ACCA or CIMA Qualified, or Qualified by Experience.
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic ready to work hard a support an established team.
  • Available to start soon and able to travel to Hexham daily.
