PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY


We are looking for someone to join the Operations team as an office associate/PA to help provide a variety of administrative and clerical support to the other members of the team to maintain an efficient office environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a rapidly growing business.


You will be flexible and reliable and able to work as part of a friendly team as well as on your own initiative.

You will report to the Office Operations Manager and help support the Operations team with occasional support to the Finance team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing inventory of office suppliers and ordering stocks when necessary
  • Help to arrange meetings by booking rooms, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering requirements
  • Maintaining office equipment including photocopiers and coffee machines for smooth office functionality
  • Welcoming clients and guests
  • Assist in scheduling staff travel arrangements for company conferences and board meetings, including hotels, taxis, and flights.
  • Assist with event planning including quarterly company meetings
  • Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets
  • Preparing and taking meeting minutes
  • Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents
  • Adding copy to the company website and social media outlets

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Required
3 GCSEs grade C or above (must include English and Maths)

A level Business Studies or relevant qualification

Competent computer skills including MS Office and general computer operations

Previous office experience is essential


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required Skills:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant or Personal Assistant

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners and binding

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Experience with NetSuite

Comms and Marketing

Problem solver and a critical thinker

Adaptable as the company changes and grows


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
