About the role
To Support patients with their Electricity Queries, production and delivery of invoices and reports


What you will be doing

  • To maintain accurate information and uphold the integrity of data in Medics/ the Patient Management System through the management or actioning of:
  • Electricity BACs form processing
  • Electricity Web form processing
  • Electricity Cheque reissues
  • Electricity Queries
  • BACS returns investigating and reprocessing.
  • Data cleansing
  • Service checks, anomalies in payments.
  • Ensure that all tasks, projects, and month end deliverables are achieved to the required timetable ensuring invoice accuracy.
  • To deliver high quality external and internal reports in line with contractual requirements
  • Support as required with all tasks to ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • To deliver high quality output across
  • Complete Ad Hoc projects as assigned.
  • To Supply support to the Billing and Reporting Lead

About You

  • Detailed understanding of the Medics Patient Management System
  • High proficiency in working with other Microsoft products, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Good written and excellent verbal communication skills at all levels listening, understanding, and responding appropriately to identify key facts.
  • The ability to adapt to change as required by differing contractual requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Calm and confident manner
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to deadlines and to meet KPIs.
  • Aptitude to learn new skill sets.
  • Comfortable working with data, business processes and contractual requirements

The office is home to a 24-hour call centre, as well as administrative support for all oxygen, ventilation, nebuliser, sleep and telehealth therapy services.
