Description

Lusona is supporting our leading Blue-chip client in the service sector to source suitable applicants for the post of FP&A Manager.

The primary duties will include:

Analysis of the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as Revenue, Compensation, Operating Expenses, Growth and Margin
Developing financial models and analysing them to support strategic initiatives
Providing analysis and commentary to the Executive Group (UK and US) on Business Plans; Budgets and Forecasts
Developing and continually improving budgeting, financial projections, and forecasting processes
Working with implementing business intelligence tools and dashboard reports
Providing analysis of P&L costings and trending analysis
Ad Hoc analysis; reporting and presentations.

To be considered for this role, you must be fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or ICAS, have excellent communication skills, and build a strong rapport with internal stakeholders to influence their decisions.

You will have advanced Excel skills and be able to demonstratestrong IT and data manipulation skills.
