    Description

    We are excited to announce an exclusive opportunity available with Lusona for an experienced accounts payable assistant. In this role, you will directly report to the accounts payable and receivable manager to ensure top-notch customer service.

    • Handling various responsibilities including:
      • Managing financial aspects related to accounts payable for excellent customer service
      • Accurately handling a high volume of invoices
      • Communicating with contractors regarding invoices and accounts
      • Collaborating with different departments to ensure accurate and consistent Accounts Payable procedures - prioritizing a 'customer first' approach
      • Managing inbound communications from customers and suppliers
      • Working with other departments to resolve invoice issues effectively

    We seek a candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable, who excels in customer service, thrives under deadlines, and possesses strong communication skills.

    This is a full-time position with the opportunity for hybrid working post probation. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including a bonus scheme, pension, life assurance, and employee assistance program.
