Receptionist - part time

Cardiff


We have an exciting opportunity for a part time front of house receptionist, to work as part of a job share team, in a fabulous building situated in Cardiff's commercial district.


You will deliver an exemplary tenant service and visitor experience, understanding the importance of creating a community vibe in a building.

You will be immaculately presented and professional with a proven work history in a similar role.


The role
You will provide a front of house reception service which will include:

Managing Reception

  • Manage and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambiance reflects the clients' and tenants' expectations
  • You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional meet and greet service that is warm, friendly and professional
  • You will manage deliveries including couriers and post
  • You will also develop a good understanding of the local area and develop a local amenities information file becoming the 'go to person' for local knowledge and information

The building

  • You will assist the off site Facilities Manager to manage maintenance contractors and help with any general administration tasks, as required
  • Support the Estate Agents with viewings, ensuring the reception and space to be viewed is pristine
  • You will be proactive in making suggestions or recommending improvements to the visitor or tenant experience at the building
  • You will submit weekly reports on activity (as required)
  • Undertake general administration as required

Tenant experience and community engagement

  • You will work collaboratively with your job share to develop and introduce seasonal pop ups for the employees who work in the building, as and when required
  • You will be confident and creative with a good eye for detail and able to produce communications using onsite/branded graphics.

About you

  • You have proven experience of working in a high end, premium front of house reception role
  • You have excellent communication skills and be a competent Microsoft Office and confident social media /App user
  • You are personable and proactive with a confident manner, a warm personality and be able to deliver impeccable customer service

The hours and salary

Salary:
£9,290 pa

Hours - 16 hours pw

Thursday and Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm

Flexibility to cover job share for holiday or sickness.
