As a self-employed broker, you will be responsible forgenerating and qualifying mortgage leads, assessing clients'financial situations, determining eligibility for loan products, presentingoptions to clients, guiding them through the application process, andmaintaining relationships post-closing.

The BDM Will ProvideSocial media coaching to help maximise your online lead generationNetworking introductions and coaching to build partnerships withreferral sources Strategies and contacts to develop relationships with estate agents,financial planners, accountants, and other centres of influence Ongoing pipeline reviews, business planning and marketing strategy topromote your personal mortgage brand and increase salesYou will have:
Ce Map or equivalent 1+ years' experience in mortgage industry Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Proficiency with mortgage CRM and loan origination software
