As a Customer Service Advisor your main focus will be supporting customers through their purchasing experience. You will be managing inbound and making outbound calls to answer all customer queries.

My client is based in Burgess Hill & within the Manufacturing and Production industry.


Description
As a Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with each department within the business to best support customers.
  • Updating the in house system.

Profile
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills/knowledge:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office & Macbooks

Job Offer

  • Monday
  • Friday 40hrs/week
- £ £12.30 per hour

  • 6 month FTC
