We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team

You will be an integral member of the Community and Events Fundraising Team.

You will work closely with the Product Development Manager and a team of field-based colleagues to provide central support, ensuring the growth of income and development of long-term relationships with supporters.


Your responsibilities will include influencing and leading on various products and campaigns, providing inspiring recruitment and support to fundraisers, and handling and reporting on data.

You will have the opportunity to learn multi-channel marketing and supporter journey techniques.

Building strong relationships with colleagues and supporters across the charity will be essential, as you collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.


In this role, you will need to be self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of a fast-moving team and workload.

Autonomy and creativity in project management will be vital.

As the face of the charity, you will be responsible for providing a fulfilling and memorable experience to valued supporters.

Travel within the UK may be required to meet with the wider team and assist at events throughout the year.


MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product management and events marketing
  • Manage and assist on a varied portfolio of innovative community fundraising campaigns and products.
  • Managing stewardship for regional development products, also assisting the challenge events team when needed.
  • Project manage Prudential Ride London challenge event.
  • To develop and implement marketing plans for key initiatives.
  • To ensure all key stakeholders are involved in decision making and objectives are met.
  • Supporter Experience
  • Serving as point of contact for supporters, handling enquiries from our Fundraising Hotline and Fundraising Inbox within agreed SLA's.
  • Ongoing usage of Microsoft Dynamics database to support fundraising activity and to ensure a high level of service to our volunteers/supporters.
  • Work with the wider team on supporter journey processes.
  • Use database insight to gain a thorough understanding of our current and prospective supporter base to develop the most relevant and successful opportunities to engage them.
  • Volunteer management
  • Support with the management of any officebased volunteers.

Fulfilment:

  • Help create personalised branded fundraising materials and manage our offline fundraising materials through our fulfilment partner CDL and ordering replacement materials.
  • Be a central support for the regional team when materials are required to be sent from head office.
  • Providing support
  • Lead sessions on development and innovation across the organisation in conjunction with the Product Development Manager
  • Build relationships at all levels to ensure the work of the central Regional Development team is understood and actively supported by other teams.
  • Ensure that you work collaboratively and constructively with the Product Development Manager and the wider team.
  • Producing suite of management and fundraising reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • To assist the wider Events and Regional Development team during peak periods.
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Types:

£22,000.00 per year
