A prestigious university is looking for an Alumni Events Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis


ALUMNI EVENTS COORDINATOR ROLE:


  • Leading and managing the endtoend event process for a variety of events, both inperson and online, including alumni reunions, professional development workshops and business networking gatherings
  • Setting up event registration on Eventbrite, answering registrant queries
  • Providing logistics support for internal and external events
  • Writing event briefs and postevent reports and report to appropriate stakeholders
  • Supporting the development and tracking of key performance indicators for the events programme
  • Building event feedback surveys to send in event followup mailings

ALUMNI EVENTS COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:

years of events-based experience

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ideally degree educated, or extensive relevant experience
