Service Charge Officer & Senior Service Charge Officer Vacancies waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:
Service Charge Officer

Location:
Liverpool / Hybrid

Rate:
£23.30 p/hour (Umbrella/Ltd rate)

Length: 3 months minimum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The role will predominantly involve:

Calculating and setting new adjusted service charge rates for current and existing customers
Sending out correspondence with adjusted service charge bills
Contacting customers via phone call
Providing a high quality customer service and ensuring compliance for call handling, call backs, resolution and record all customer contact in the customer relationship management system

Location:
Liverpool / Hybrid

Rate:
£29.32 p/hour (Umbrella/Ltd rate)

Length: 3 months minimum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The role will predominantly involve:

Calculating and setting new adjusted service charge rates for current and existing customers
Sending out correspondence with adjusted service charge bills
Contacting customers via phone call
Handling any complaints and investigating service charge disputes through to resolution
Working alongside management
