Job Description:


Contracts Assistant to join our talented team at our office located in

Manchester, United Kingdom.


In this role, you will support the EMEA Contracts and Risk function to ensure effective management of contract-related documents and procedures.

Additionally, you will support process improvement activities on an ongoing basis.

What You'll Do

  • Administer contracts and due diligence documents in accordance with departmental SOPs, policies, and projectspecific requirements.
  • Act as quality assurance (QA) check on all contracts and purchase orders.
  • Ensure all contract documents are sent/returned within the required timeframes and that all documents have been executed by the proper authorities within the organization
  • Detect and correct potential risks or delays in contract submissions
  • Stay uptodate with organizational changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions are described on contracts and purchase orders
  • Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • BS degree in Business Administration; additional experience in a contracts or legal field would be an advantage.
  • The role requires the discreet handling of confidential information.
  • Experience in managing such information would also be a positive distinction.
  • Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or relevant role.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners.
Safety

  • The role is officebased.
  • This role may require infrequent limited travel.
  • Physical requirements are light office administrative duties as required.
