The Royal Opera House continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music, and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings.

The work of our Audiences and Media Department focuses on growing the love, advocacy and demand for the art presented by the Royal Opera House and seeks to grow our audience-generated revenues.


We are seeking to appoint a CRM Systems Assistant to join the Digital Products & Analytics Team, within our Audiences and Media Department.

In this role you will work with departments from across the Royal Opera House to support and improve the online customer journey.

You will work with the CRM Systems Lead towards ensuring the organisation's needs are met and that back-office processes are continually streamlined in line with new developments.

You will need to be comfortable working in an agile, fast paced, iterative environment as you will be a primary point of contact for ticketing and event setup.


  • Experience of ticketing administration and of the reporting functions of ticketing systems
  • Experience of using office systems and enterprise systems such as finance systems, CRM databases and scheduling systems
  • Flexibility in dealing with changing priorities, with a logístical approach to problem solving
  • The capability to manage a busy workload with high productivity
  • The ability to grasp key issues quickly and, when necessary, to deal effectively with complex situations at short notice
