Red Rose Insurance Solutions are a family owned business that specialise in life insurance, critical illness and income protection sales.

We operate on a non-advised basis with all major protection providers including Aegon, AIG, Aviva, Zurich, LV, Vitality, Royal London, Scottish Widows, HSBC and Legal & General plus more.


Salary:
£22k - 30k Basic wage + Uncapped Commission Structure

OTE £60k per annum (this is currently being achieved by our top salesperson)


Job Description -
Customers enquire through Google and other social media and digital channels. Leads are also generated from an inhouse lead generation team. Leads generated are immediately sent into our CRM system and will be allocated to an advisor to call.

Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 13:00 to 19:00. Friday 10:00 to 15:00. These hours are part-time, but a full time salary is paid plus weekly and monthly commission.


Working with us -

  • You will undergo initial training with the managing director where you will gain an understanding of the company, learn about the different insurance providers we work with, FCA rules, and compliance training
  • After initial training, you will start speaking to customers and selling the products.
  • We are looking for someone that can bring their own expertise and experience of the protection industry to the business, and also someone who is looking for an opportunity to grow quickly within a small business.
  • 30 hours per week

Experience:
Minimum 1 years of protection insurance sales experience
