Red Rose Insurance Solutions are a family owned business that specialise in life insurance, critical illness and income protection sales.

We operate on a non-advised basis with all major protection providers including Aegon, Aviva, Zurich, LV, Vitality, Royal London, Scottish Widows, HSBC and Legal & General plus more.


Salary:
£30,000k - 35,000k Basic wage + Uncapped Commission Structure OTE £60,000 to £70,000 per annum. (this is currently the average achieved in the sales team)


Job Description -
Customers enquire through Google and other social media and digital channels. Leads are also generated from an inhouse lead generation team. Leads generated are immediately sent into our CRM system and will be allocated to an advisor to call.


Our office hours are:
Monday 13:00 to 19:00.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10:00 to 19:00.

Friday: 10:00 to 16:00.


Working with us -

  • You will undergo initial training with the managing director where you will gain an understanding of the company, learn about the different insurance providers we work with, FCA rules, and compliance training
  • After initial training, you will start speaking to customers and selling the products.
  • We are looking for someone that can bring their own expertise and experience of the protection industry to the business, and also someone who is looking for an opportunity to grow quickly within a small business.
  • 36.5 hours per week

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of protection insurance sales experience
