Hopefully, you will soon be joining our dedicated team at Red Rose Insurance Solutions, who provide free, accurate, up to date information to our clients about the range of life insurance products on the market.


Our agents make outbound calls to members of the public who have requested to be contacted about opening a life insurance policy or would like a review of their existing life insurance policy.


We are looking to expand our business and increase the size of our team through the recruitment of a Lead Generator.


We invite you to join our company, Red Rose Insurance Solutions - we work in partnership with the largest insurance providers in the UK.


We offer full training, EXCELLENT rates of pay and commission, excellent progression opportunities and an easily accessible location on the outskirts of Blackburn town centre.


  • Knowledge of the Call Centre Environment (outbound is essential)
  • Sales Experience
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Basic I.T. skills
  • Outgoing Personality
  • Reliability and a positive attitude to work and punctuality


Due to the nature of the job you will also need to have an excellent communication skills, exceptional telephone manner and lots of self-motivation.
