ROLE PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver timely, accurate and succinct RFPs generated by the distribution team
Manage the London based RFP & Database team and coordinate with other colleagues based in North America.
Manage relationships with databases and RFP platforms and ensure that Impax's corporate and strategy information is always up to date
Demonstrate strong understanding of Impax, its products and the competitive landscape to ensure the Firm and its investment products are correctly described and positioned.
Participate in weekly CSBD team meetings to share relevant information and to understand Impax's communications strategy for portfolio positioning, investment performance, risk metrics etc.
Ensure compliance with regulations and with Impax's policies and procedures at all times.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 8 years' relevant experience with at least 5 years within RFP related roles.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines in a high volume, deadline driven environment.
Excellent written communication skills with proven ability to effectively proofread RFP documents and make valueadded edits for peer reviews
Proactive and determined. Willing to assume responsibility and take ownership of tasks assigned.
Strong knowledge of a variety of asset classes including equities, fixed income and infrastructure.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational/project management capabilities.
Prior knowledge of Qvidian desired
Degree qualified (or equivalent) with a financial or analytical discipline preferred
Investment Management Certificate, or equivalent professional qualification
