Recruit UK is recruiting for an administrator to join a thriving wealth management firm based in central London.
This firm is well-established and award-winning, they're recognised within the Wealth Management profession, and have a reputation as a great employer that always puts their employees' successes and development needs first.
Duties will include:
- Manage client portfolio records
- File documentation
- Liaise with Investment Managers
- Communicate with data providers to ensure accuracy on feeds
- Verify and adjust stock records
- Process corporate events in timely manner
- Capital gains tax calculations
- Maintain clients performance records
- Ensure ISA eligibility
- Ensure relevant training is completed to develop knowledge and skill
- Arrange probate valuations for the IMs

Skills and experience required:
- Strong administration and communication skills
- GCSE/A-Levels in English and Mathematics
- Professional, meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organization and numeracy skills
- Experience with Microsoft office
