We are currently working with a reputable and aware winning local employer based in
Birmingham city centre who are looking to appoint a
Head of HR Systemson a permanent basis.

This is a full time hybrid position, and the salary banding is
£43,414 to £58,284 (DOE).


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Leading and managing the HR systems team
  • Ensuring HR systems are fit for purpose and supporting the data approach to people management
  • Identifying new and innovative ways to manage its workforce, through digital services and data
  • Managing third party relationships with key suppliers of HR systems
  • Leading on complex data related problems and diagnostics
  • Providing leadership to the HR systems team, coaching and supporting them with their personal development
  • Leading and developing business intelligence services

Experience / skills required:


  • Significant and demonstrable experience in a systems lead role
  • Knowledge of HRIS management
  • Project management skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent written communication skills
