Our client, based in Gloucester
, is currently recruiting for a HR Manager / HR Business Partner on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
The role will be split with 75% of its time acting as a HR Manager, managing a team of HR Administrators, and the other 25% of the time supporting key stakeholders as a Business Partner.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Line managing a team of HR Administrators and a HR Administrator Team Leader
- Developing the reporting, display and monitoring of people based KPI's for key stakeholders, including absence analysis, return to work interviews, labour attrition etc.
- Building stakeholder relationships at exec and senior leader level
- Working to improve the HR Administration processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Developing the people management plan, including talent and succession planning, capability and performance management
- Working with the recruitment team to develop the resourcing strategy, ensuring all vacancies are qualified and in budget
- Ensuring managers are trained in all aspects of people management, compliance, and development practices to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach
- Supporting the delivery of the EDI strategy and goals
Experience required:
- CIPD L5 qualification
- Experience of planning and executing organisational change programs
- Building influential relationships and challenging Senior Level Managers & Exec team
