Position:
Field Sales Representative


Location:
Belfast, Northern Ireland


Salary:
£15 Per Hour equilivent to £31,000 pro rated


Commission:
£25 per day / £6000 per annum On Target Earnings UNCAPPED COMMISSION


Contract:30 hours per week - Mon To Fri - PERM ( Optional Sat Overtime Available )


Expenses:
Daily fuel allowance £50 PER DAY


MUST HAVE:
A car and a full clean driving liscense

The Field Sales Representative will be embedded in various large well-known retailers this is a business to customer role where you be approaching customers, promoting the unique selling points of heated tobacco and encouraging them to convert away from their current brand and into something more harm reduced and cost effective.

The Impact You Will Have:


  • In your cluster, looking after multiple retail stores you will drive heated tobacco sales daily
  • Taking full accountability for your sales and reporting to be sent at the end of each day
  • Educating Adult Smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco
  • Convert traditional tobacco users to begin their journey with heated tobacco
  • Building relationships with store customers and retail staff to enable you to hit your targets
  • Working closely with the NI client lead to help you hit your target

The Skills You Will Need:


  • Previous sales experience or an innate sense you can sell
  • Confident with using online reporting to record all sales and insight
  • Tenacious and with real determination to hit your sales target
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to keep pushing on
  • Target orientated and money motivated
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about what they sell
  • Highly selfmotivated and able to work alone
