Who Are We?
iD Agency are an experiential marketing agency with over 20 years staffing experience who have partnered with our client, a Global Tobacco Brand to support their journey of creating a smoke free future for the UK with their heated tobacco product.
What the Supervisor will be doing?
Motivate and inspire a team to deliver world class service.
Support the Store Manager on the day to day running of the business.
Train and coach your team to be experts in their field.
Educating Adult Smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco.
Convert traditional tobacco users to begin their journey with heated tobacco through in store demonstrations and taste trials.
Maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
Working alongside the Store Lead to drive sales performance and customer experience.
Support opening/closing of the store and daily operational duties including, but not limited to, stock management, store reporting and cash handling.
Delivering a world class customer experience is paramount to both iD and our client, please do note that this is a sales-based role with full training and induction provided, making this is a very target orientated position.

Previous sales experience or an innate sense they can sell
