The data we generate provides our clients with the information they need to make critical, well informed, business decisions.

UTEC are currently looking to hire a Business Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

Based at their facility in Livingston or Aberdeen, the general Business Administrator will be support several key functions within the UTEC Europe & Africa business.

Performing a wide range of business administration tasks, covering multiply functions.

This role will carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks including but limited to the following:


Duties

  • Coordinating with function leads to provide necessary admin support as required.
  • Creating purchase orders and invoices.
  • Organisation of business documentation.
  • Supporting the Crewing department with personnel logistics, related documentation, and date input.
  • Supporting the Commercial department with the completion of tender documentation.
  • Supporting the QHSE function during audits and other similar activities.

Required

  • Relevant experience within a similar role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and integrate with a variety of departments.
  • Experience of using a Data Management System.
  • Experienced within Outlook, Microsoft Word/Excel, and PowerPoint.
