£14.80 per hour

Temp to perm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Worker to join our team.

As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process and ensuring the efficient operation of the factory.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the engineering environment and contribute to the creation of high-quality products.

Hours 4on 4off - 6am-6pm shift

Please note weekends are included

Responsibilities:

Perform various tasks on the production line, such as assembling, packaging, and labeling products
Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
Conduct basic mathematical calculations to measure ingredients and quantities accurately
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean environment
Follow proper handling procedures for raw materials and finished products
Assist in inventory management by organizing and storing materials appropriately
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals efficiently

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
Basic knowledge of mechanical operations is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when required
