We provide individualised care in the home to support people to remain independent. This can include personal care, meal planning and administrating medication.


We have a friendly and dedicated Management team, including Team Leaders and a Medication Supervisor, who will provide full training and support as you progress in your new care career.

We have permanent full time positions available to cover calls in North Norfolk, including Aylsham, Mundesley, North Walsham, Cromer and Sheringham.


We currently have a vacancy for full or part time support workers (from 16 up to 40 hours per week). All staff receive permanent contracts of employment. If you are interested in a career in social care, please contact us for further details.
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

You will require a good standard of English to maintain clear records and follow Elite Care's policies and procedures and care plan documents.

Good communication skills to build a good rapport with our service users and to assist in the development and promotion of their health and well-being.

The ability to adapt to situations and use problem solving skills.
