Description
We are looking to appoint a Quality Technical Clerk to join our team based at our premises in Grimsby.

  • Compile the Project Quality Data Dossier in adherence to Client's requirements.
  • Scanning and filing of Work Preparation Packs, including Isometric drawings, prefabrication/erection control lists and welding logs.
  • Inputting weld logs and NDT reports onto QMS.
  • Review of the Work Preparation Packs to control errors and inaccuracies and hand back to relevant departments for corrective action.
  • Bookingin of incoming documents and data, ensuring original copies of documentation/drawings are Master Copy" stamped, dated and checked against the accompanying transmittal record.
  • Ensuring all drawings, specifications, procedures are identified with the contract number and entered into the Document Control module data base.
  • Distribute all received documentation to all relevant departments undercover of a Document Transmittal.
  • Ensure a digital copy of the Project Quality Data Dossier has been saved into the Quality Archive and is easily accessible if required during an Audit.
  • Ensure Drive folders are set up and managed prepost Kick Off Meetings

Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
