As Workshop Supervisor you'll be at the heart of the action, providing hands-on support and technical guidance to our shop floor.

Your role won't be confined to just supervising; you'll be right there in the midst of Machining daily.

Collaboration is key. Working closely with our Workshop Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in planning and executing projects.

Safety is paramount, and you'll ensure that our Health & Safety standards align with both our company and client expectations.


Leading by example, you'll manage teams on the frontline, ensuring performance, conduct, and quality meet the high standards we're known for.

Your leadership will help maintain our stellar reputation.

Salary:
£20.94 per hour
