SWIP Limited is an established company that specialises in innovative insulations systems based in Birmingham.
We are mainly involved in the Government Funded Schemes that involve measures such as Solid Wall/ Under Floor and Roof Insulation.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Sales and Service Administrator to join our team who will be responsible for the administration of sales and customer service activities and dealing with relevant queries from suppliers and customers alike.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales orders, coordinating deliveries for the customers, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.Key Responsibilities
Ø Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry of customer information, and product details.
Ø Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide order status updates, resolve inquiries, and address any issues or concerns.
Ø Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
Ø Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Ø Checking quantities of goods in stock
Ø Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
Ø Any other duties as directed by the head of department or senior management.
Educational qualifications
Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year
