What a role
I am working with a client that have cornered the market within Cleanroom Design and Build. For this reason, they are extremely busy and have a raft of opportunities available on staff or contract basis. The business is dynamic and prides itself on being a true champion of collaboration and innovation.
In the main, they are looking for a HVAC Design Engineers that are comfortable with client facing responsibilities. All you need is (Minimum) HNC and 5 years+ experience within industry. Preference will be given to those with GMP / Pharma experience but those without will not be discounted.

Experience and understanding needed:
Competence of all major building services systems would be required including:

• General & process specific supply & extract ventilation
• Fume & dust extract
• Clean room ventilation
• Comfort air conditioning
• Process specific heating / cooling / dehumidification and humidification
• Chilled water
• LPHW / MPHW & HPHW , Steam & Condensate
• Building Management Systems
• Natural Gas
• Compressed air
• Nitrogen & Special Gases
• Domestic & process H&CWS
• Above ground drainage
• Provide necessary information to support statutory authority submissions.

You will be expected to have sufficient working knowledge to enable you to establish client's requirements and to specify and communicate with specialist providers.

Attend meetings with clients to develop and finalise design proposals
Concept through to detailed design experience is also a prerequisite for this vacancy.
