About the role

To create and execute the commercial plan for a portfolio of three Coffee and QSR brands, to deliver EBITDA growth from likeforlike sales.
Success will be delivered through great coaching and relationship development with internal and external stakeholders.
Analysis of each brand, product by product and unit by unit to ensure forecast delivery is achieved.
Submit proposed sales and gross margin activities to the wider commercial and operations teams in weekly/monthly trade meetings
Manage the planned growth of each brand across our clients national estate
Monitor competitor and brand partner activity
Proactively find ways to stay ahead of the market

About the person

Proven experience in a stakeholder management position
A passion for driving trade and standards
