Signature Recruitment have partnered exclusively with a successful, growing and innovative FMCG company in North Bristol in the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be focussed on order processing and giving customersthe best possible service.
A key aspect of this role is to keep the customers informed of the status of their order and ensure on time and in full delivery to customers.
This role would perfectly suit someone with experience in Customer Care and Account Management, with a proactivework approach and the desire to help.

Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service, putting the customer at the centre of every decision
- Receiving, acknowledging, processing and confirming Sales Orders
- Keeping the customer up to date with the status of their order including any delays
- Make sure the stock sheets (excel documents) have thorough instructions for any account that follows especial or unusual procedures Creation of shipping documentation (to include export) required for transport
- Complaint handling
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Obtaining transport quotes on request from approved partners
Experience required:
- Experience of working in Customer Service
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Flexibility towards change
- Excellent attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
- A second language (French, German or Spanish) would be fab, but not required
