    Description

    This is a full-time role for a six-month contract. Offered on a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two working from home. However, the candidate may work in the office four or five days if they prefer.

    • You will be personable and have strong communication skills to build good relationships with senior members of the organization.
    • You will be able to gather data and compile reports to create reviews and effect change.
    • Responsibility for delivering reviews of student academic process with a focus on online learning.
    • Managing and building strong relationships with Senior Leads to review, monitor, and effect change to processes and procedures.
    • Organizing data collection and report writing.
    • Developing Training Guides.
    • Supporting the team with other ad-hoc administrative tasks and duties as required.
    • Highly proficient in IT with experience of Project Management Systems – experience of MIRO desirable.
