Job description:


As a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you'll:
- lead all recruitment coordination and administration support this includes but not limited to; diary management, logistics (meetings and visits), interview bookings for each campaign using our applicant tracking system and updating relevant systems and spreadsheets
- create engaging adverts on our social platforms and our applicant tracking system to make our jobs and projects visible to those we want to attract
- work on projects with the team to continually drive improvements to our service, we like to try new things


Person specification:


We're interested in people who:
- proven government experience in tech recruitment
- have experience of full-lifecycle of recruitment, within internal digital, data and technology environment
- possess strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain remote relationships.
- are highly organised with demonstrable administration and support skills, handling a busy diary, managing conflicting priorities at the same time
- possess excellent written and verbal communication,
- have demonstrable experience and understanding of handling sensitive information, keeping a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality with strong attention to detail
