  • Efficiently handling and resolving payment queries.
  • Ensuring prompt collections of all accounts in line within the agreed terms.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate client details and account records.
  • Working with a high volume of invoices.
  • Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
  • Reporting to management on outstanding issues and informing them of potential debtor problems.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • An educational background in finance or a related field.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to work independently.
