Technical Advisor:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Working as part of the Vaillant Service Technical department providing technical advice to external Gas Safe registered Engineers and End Users.
Interpret and explain technical information and instructions.
Understand the customer requirements and show a good technical aptitude combined with the ability to give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy.
You should be confident giving technical advice and aim to give our customers world class customer service.
You will be target driven and your performance will be measured on achieving KPI's.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
A passion for customer service and you pride yourself on exceeding the expectations of our customers.
A good problemsolving aptitude which enables you to diagnose possible faults with accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
We would love for you to have an existing knowledge of our products; however, we do provide full product training to all members of our team.
