The Position:
Production Operative

At Bama UK, the production operative is expected to work effectively as part of a team to produce a range of products as required.

All jobs to be carried out in a safe, hygienic and efficient manner, ensuring the quality of the product at all times in keeping with the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety, Hygiene and Quality Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote safety in the workplace and comply with legislation, identify risk areas to management for resolution.
Work on a range of machines to produce product as required.
Responsible for the cleanliness and housekeeping of working area and machinery.
Responsible for the quality of the product produced.
Assist in any production duties as requested.
Assist in any cleaning duties as requested.
Work at a sufficient rate to meet the day's production requirements to operational specification and producing goods to the required quality standards.
Adhere to the factory hygiene requirements at all times whilst carrying out duties.
Cooperate in one's own personal training and development programme in accordance with the Company's Training Policy and Procedure
Assisting in the training and development of fellow team members when required.
To promote and maintain the Company Equal Opportunity Policy to ensure a neutral and harmonious working environment.
To carry out all duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company's Health & Safety Policy to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and fellow team members.
Any other duties as dictated by the Production Supervisor or any other member of Management.

Shift Vacancies:

Nightshift - Monday to Wednesday 6:30pm to 6:30am, Thursday 6:30pm to 2:30am
