    Description

    We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills, ideally with previous account management experience to join our team at a specialist vehicle management company.

    If you have strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft products, and live near Hampton area, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to be part of our expanding and ambitious company.

    Our client, a dedicated independent services company in Thames Ditton, is currently seeking an Account Management Administrator to join their professional back office team. This role involves a variety of tasks including vehicle and daily hire administration, as well as general office duties. As the Account Management Administrator, you will be responsible for managing client MOT, service, vehicle recalls, insurance reminders, updating the vehicle management system, producing reports, managing client fines, taxing vehicle admin, processing overseas travel documentation, driver license mandates, department post, customer toll accounts, GDPR compliance, and more.

    This role is ideal for candidates with previous administration experience in a similar industry, who are customer-focused and seeking a permanent position with growth opportunities.
