CK Group are recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join a pharmaceutical company at their site based in Woking on a permanent basis.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of animal health pharmaceuticals.

Facilities Manager Role:
Ensuring a coordinated and effective approach to all maintenance activities on site.
Develop a more robust preventative maintenance program.
Developing the maintenance team through KPIs & training.
Significant experience in maintenance management within GMP regulated manufacturing.
Great team management experience with a track record in coordinating a multiskilled and multifaceted maintenance team.
A degree level education in a relevant engineering discipline, with expert knowledge of maintenance functions within manufacturing.
