Are you an enthusiastic and highly experienced Maths specialist looking for a new challenge?Teaching Personnel are looking for a Maths teacher to join a fantastic team in an Ofsted rated 'Good' Secondary school in Northampton.
The role involves teaching Key stages 3 and 4 and getting involved with the Head of department to ensure students learning is progressing.
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Maths lessons to studentsUtilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
Bachelor's degree in Maths or related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong knowledge of Maths curriculum and teaching techniques
Prior experience in teaching Maths is preferred
Experience teaching Secondary students
Postgraduate qualification in Education
Full-time position
Typical school hours with additional time for lesson planning and assessment
Classroom-based teaching with occasional extracurricular activities
