    Job Title: Design Engineer - Shaftline (Mechanical)

    We are seeking a Design Engineer - Shaftline (Mechanical) to join our dynamic team in Havant, UK.

    Responsibilities:

  • Support design and technical specification activities for shaft line products.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
  • Liaise with suppliers and provide necessary support data.
  • Validate design and conduct testing.
  • Offer technical knowledge for purchasing processes.
  • Maintain compliance with data control requirements.
  • Develop product specification and knowledge base.
  • Learn internal tools, processes, and systems.

    • Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Background in mechanical engineering, preferably in marine shaft line design.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical approach to work.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of the Marine industry is a plus.

    • Candidates must obtain appropriate security clearance for this role.
