Description

Carry out role adhering to Second Steps policies, procedures and code of conduct, current legislation and with a Recovery orientated approach.

Provide a housing and property management service to our Supported Housing and High Support accommodation services, liaising with the relevant support workers and support seniors as required.

Ensure regular rent and service charge collection including housing benefit, in line with targets and maximization of organisational income.

Understand and utilise relevant Psychological, Adversity and Trauma Informed practices in the delivery of client engagement, tenancy management, in training and in supervision.
