KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with Founder to create and execute a clear strategy for new product development (NPD), finding opportunities for innovative market-leading products.

Supervise all stages of NPD, including formulation, testing, production, and launch dates, while identifying and addressing potential risks.
Foster strong relationships with key partners such as manufacturers, suppliers, and testing facilities.
Coordinate NPD efforts across departments like Operations, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring smooth implementation.
Ensure production quality and compliance with regulations, including global standards.
Prior experience in the beauty industry, particularly in skincare cosmetics, is essential.
