TEMPORARY PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK

FLEXIBLE HOURS BETWEEN 7:15AM - 5PM

SALARY UP TO £25,000 PER ANNUM BASED ON EXPERIENCE

BRADMORE, NG11

Our client here at Elizabeth Michael is looking for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to support them within their finance department.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing supplier stock invoices against Goods Received Notes
  • Ensure that the ledger is accurate and up to date
  • Raising queries on price, quantity and product discrepancy with buying team
  • Chasing suppliers for credit notes
  • Supplier statement reconciliations

Skills Required:


  • Previous experience of matching invoices to goods received notes
  • Able to work well with others as part of a small team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reasonable level of excel

Job Type:
Temp to perm


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year


Experience:

- purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)

  • Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
