Education plays a significant role in the current context and future ambition of the University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust,
and an ongoing commitment to education is a core part of the Trust's strategy.
Now is an exciting time to join the Trust's Education Team at UHBW which supports a wide and diverse range of education for both
clinical and non-clinical development across the Bristol and Weston locations.
The post holder will be primarily based at our Weston Academy site, supporting the induction programme for new starters to the trust, as well as
providing administrative and reception support for the day-to-day running of the Weston Academy building.
The post will also involve supporting the wider Corporate Education team in providing administrative support relating to the provision of and
access to essential and other training.

Facilitate the operational aspects of the induction programme, provide generic guidance and welcome information to new starters, as

required, at induction.

Liaise with other departments and corporate education trainers to support the effective and slick running of the induction programme

and essential training.

Support the tracking, recording and reporting of essential training compliance.
Support a digitalised programme of corporate induction and essential training.
Work in conjunction with administrators across sites to support general queries related to the Trust's learning management system.
To be responsible for the administrative support function to the corporate education and wider education team.
To support the corporate education team to update training compliance records, within the appropriate software, including the recording

of attendance, extraction of data and distribution of data (as appropriate).

To support staff enquiries on training, access, bookings, compliance and use of the relevant learning management software.
