£28,000 - £32,000 per annum + Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Site Operative / Construction Worker who enjoys working outside on a wide range of projects and is capable of performing manual task such as lifting, digging and using hand tools.

Working as the Site Operative / Construction Worker you will assist in various tasks to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects within a team based environment.

As Site Operative / Construction Worker you must be fine with working outside in the elements with a positive and pro-active approach to your work.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Site Operative / Construction Worker include:
Assist in the preparation of construction sites before the commencement of work

Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery safely and efficiently - Additional training will be provided

Carry out manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials

Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals

Adhere to project specifications and quality standards

Report any issues or concerns to the Site Supervisor or Manager

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry

Proficiency in operating construction machinery and equipment (Extra training will be provided)

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures

Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks

Excellent communication skills
